  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • Peanut or Canola Oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by combining buttermilk, kosher salt, Piri Piri spice blend, onion powder, and garlic powder in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Marinate the chicken by submerging it in the buttermilk mixture and refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
