Instructions
- Turn the pressure cooker to sauté mode and heat olive oil.

- Add honey, soy sauce, water, black pepper, and onion powder. Stir well.
- Place chicken fillets in the sauce, ensuring they are coated.
- Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
- Release pressure naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release.
- Remove chicken and optionally thicken the sauce with cornstarch.
- Serve hot over rice or vegetables.
