Description

Ingredients

  • 4 tea bags (black or green tea)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • Ice cubes (for serving)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Remove from heat and add the tea bags. Steep for 5 minutes, then remove the bags.
  3. In a blender, puree raspberries with sugar until smooth.
  4. Strain the raspberry puree through a fine sieve into the brewed tea to remove seeds.
  5. Stir in lemon juice and let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill.
  7. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
