Instructions

  1. Cook ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Stir occasionally until it turns golden brown, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add sage leaves and cook for 30 seconds until crispy.
  4. Toss cooked ravioli in the brown butter and sage mixture.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.
