Ingredients

Instructions
- Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
- Add salt, black pepper, and lemon juice (optional) to the mashed avocado. Mix well.
- Spread the avocado mixture evenly on top of the rice cakes.
- Sprinkle red pepper flakes (optional) for extra flavor.
- Serve immediately.
