- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chopped vegetables (carrots, peas, or corn)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cooked pasta, and chopped vegetables.
- In a separate bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and pasta, stirring until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

- Use leftover rotisserie chicken for best flavor.

- For a crispier top, broil for the last 2 minutes.
