Ingredients

- Cornstarch: 2 teaspoons

Instructions
- Prepare the patties by mixing ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl and forming into oval-shaped patties.
- Brown the patties in a skillet with cooking oil for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Sauté sliced mushrooms, chopped onion, and minced garlic in the same skillet for 5-7 minutes.
- Add tomato paste and mustard to the sautéed vegetables and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Gradually add beef stock and bring to a simmer.
- Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl, then add to the gravy to thicken.
- Return the patties to the skillet, spoon gravy over them, and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve warm, garnished with parsley, alongside your choice of sides.
