Instructions

  2. Crush the biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press into a tin.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and cream.
  5. Pour mixture over the biscuit base.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes until set.
  7. Cool, then chill for 4 hours.
  8. Drizzle with salted caramel before serving.
