Ingredients
- Milk Chocolate – 200 g: High-quality chocolate for the outer shell.
- Cocoa Powder – 50 g: Key ingredient for the hot chocolate mix.
- Powdered Sugar – 50 g: Adds sweetness and balances bitterness.
- Caramel Sauce – 100 g: For luscious caramel flavor.
- Sea Salt – 1 teaspoon: Enhances caramel flavor.
- Mini Marshmallows – 100 g: Adds fun texture and sweetness.
Instructions
- Prepare the silicone molds, ensuring they are clean and dry.
- Melt the milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
- Coat the inside of each mold with melted chocolate, freeze for 10-15 minutes to set.
- Mix cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and a pinch of sea salt in a separate bowl for the filling.
- Remove chocolate shells from molds, fill half with cocoa mixture, mini marshmallows, and caramel sauce.
- Warm the edges of the remaining shells and press them onto the filled shells to seal.
- Drizzle extra caramel sauce and sprinkle sea salt on top for decoration.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.
- To serve, heat a cup of milk, drop in a bomb, stir, and enjoy!
