Ingredients

  • 🍗 Chicken thighs: 1.5 lbs (about 4-6 thighs, bone-in and skin-on for best results)
  • 🧄 Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
  • 🧀 Parmesan cheese: 1 cup, grated
  • 🍞 Breadcrumbs: 1 cup (preferably panko for extra crunch)
  • 🛢️ Olive oil: 1/4 cup
  • 🌿 Fresh parsley: 1/4 cup, chopped (for garnish)
  • 🧂 Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • 🧂 Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, grated parmesan, breadcrumbs, and olive oil.
  3. Coat each chicken thigh in the breadcrumb mixture and place them skin-side up on a lined sheet pan.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 30-35 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  5. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
