Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken thighs: 1.5 lbs (about 4-6 thighs, bone-in and skin-on for best results)
- 🧄 Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
- 🧀 Parmesan cheese: 1 cup, grated
- 🍞 Breadcrumbs: 1 cup (preferably panko for extra crunch)
- 🛢️ Olive oil: 1/4 cup
- 🌿 Fresh parsley: 1/4 cup, chopped (for garnish)
- 🧂 Salt: 1 teaspoon
- 🧂 Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, grated parmesan, breadcrumbs, and olive oil.
- Coat each chicken thigh in the breadcrumb mixture and place them skin-side up on a lined sheet pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 30-35 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
Notes
- For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs.
