  • Fresh parsley: 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Lemon: 1, juiced and zested
  • Butter: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt and pepper: to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the seafood by cleaning the mussels and peeling and deveining the shrimp.
  2. Make the garlic cream sauce by melting butter in a skillet, sautéing minced garlic, and adding white wine.
  3. Add the mussels to the skillet, cover, and steam until they open.
