Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp honey
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add shrimp, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
- In a bowl, mix cabbage, cilantro, Greek yogurt, lime juice, and honey to make the slaw.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.
- Fill each tortilla with shrimp and top with cilantro slaw.
