Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Season skirt steak with salt and pepper.
- Grill steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Let steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Combine olive oil, vinegar, parsley, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Drizzle chimichurri sauce over sliced steak before serving.

- Chimichurri can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
