Ingredients

- 2 large bell peppers (any color)
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 small lime (juiced)
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and slice bell peppers into strips or wedges.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the into a bowl.
- Mash the avocado with a fork.
- Add lime juice, red onion, tomato, garlic, cilantro, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Serve guacamole with sliced bell peppers.
- Enjoy immediately.

- Use ripe avocados for the best texture.
- Adjust lime juice and salt to taste.
- Store leftover guacamole with plastic wrap pressed onto the surface to prevent browning.
