- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Season chicken fillets with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 2 minutes per side.
- Place chicken in the slow cooker and pour chicken broth over it.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
- Remove chicken and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness (165°F internal temperature).
