Instructions

  1. Season chicken fillets with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 2 minutes per side.
  3. Place chicken in the slow cooker and pour chicken broth over it.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
  5. Remove chicken and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
