Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  6. Stir in sour cream and melted chocolate until fully combined.
  7. Pour filling over crust and bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
  8. Let cheesecake cool, then top with marshmallows.
  9. Broil for 1-2 minutes to toast marshmallows.
  10. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
