Ingredients

  • 200g digestive biscuits
  • 100g melted butter
  • 500g cream cheese
  • 150g caster sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100g caramel sauce
  • 50g chopped peanuts
  • 100g melted chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).
  2. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press into a springform tin.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  4. Pour half the mixture over the biscuit base. Drizzle caramel and sprinkle peanuts.
  5. Add the remaining cheesecake mix. Bake for 40 minutes.
  6. Cool, then refrigerate for 4 hours.
  7. Drizzle melted chocolate before serving.
