- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup cooked pasta or rice
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, celery, and pasta/rice.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and blue cheese if using.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
