Description

A hearty and flavorful soup featuring tender chicken, bold buffalo sauce, and creamy cheese for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced carrots
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add celery, carrots, onion, and garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in ranch dressing and cheddar cheese until melted.
  6. Season with black pepper and serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust buffalo sauce for more or less heat.
  • Top with extra cheese or green onions if desired.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
