- 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Season chicken fillets with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Stir until the sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the pan and coat with the sauce.
- Serve hot.
