Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Season chicken fillets with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Stir until the sauce thickens.
  7. Return chicken to the pan and coat with the sauce.
  8. Serve hot.
