Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken thighs – 500 grams (boneless, skinless)

- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves (minced)

- 🥙 Pita bread – 4 pieces
- 🥬 Lettuce – 1 cup (shredded)

- 🧄 Garlic aioli – 1/2 cup
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by mixing olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add chicken thighs and coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare the garlic aioli by mixing mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a small bowl until smooth. Refrigerate to chill.
- Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Let it rest before slicing.
- Warm the pita bread in a skillet or oven. Assemble the gyros by layering lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and sliced chicken in the pita.
- Drizzle garlic aioli over the filling, fold the pita, and serve immediately.
