- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, chili flakes, garlic, ginger, and oil to make the marinade.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade, coat well, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill skewers on medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is fully cooked.
- Serve hot with extra peanut sauce if desired.
