Ingredients

- 1 lb skirt steak, sliced into thin strips
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 8 small flour tortillas
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced steak and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
- Add peppers and onions to the same skillet. Cook for 5-6 minutes until softened.
- Return steak to the skillet. Add salt, black pepper, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder.
- Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.
- Serve steak and vegetable mixture on tortillas. Garnish with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
Notes
- Use skirt steak or flank steak for best results.
- Marinate the steak for extra flavor if desired.
