Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by whisking together all marinade ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the steak tips to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight).
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add canola oil.
- Once the oil is hot, sear the steak tips in a single layer for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Add the reserved marinade to the skillet and bring to a simmer, cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Transfer the steak tips to a serving platter and drizzle with the thickened sauce.
- Garnish with finely minced parsley and serve warm.
