Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, spinach, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken fillet and stuff with the cheese mixture.
  4. Secure the openings with toothpicks.
  5. Brush the chicken with olive oil.
  6. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  8. Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  9. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
