- 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, spinach, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken fillet and stuff with the cheese mixture.
- Secure the openings with toothpicks.
- Brush the chicken with olive oil.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
