Description

A delicious seafood dish featuring flounder stuffed with crab meat, seasoned and baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 4 flounder fillets (6 oz each)
  • 8 oz crab meat
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place flounder fillets on a flat surface and divide the crab mixture evenly among them.
  4. Roll each fillet around the stuffing and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Place stuffed fillets in a baking dish and brush with melted butter.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until fish flakes easily.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Use fresh crab meat for best results.
  • Can substitute breadcrumbs with crushed crackers.
  • Serve with lemon wedges.
