- 4 flounder fillets (6 oz each)
- 8 oz crab meat
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place flounder fillets on a flat surface and divide the crab mixture evenly among them.
- Roll each fillet around the stuffing and secure with toothpicks.
- Place stuffed fillets in a baking dish and brush with melted butter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until fish flakes easily.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh crab meat for best results.
- Can substitute breadcrumbs with crushed crackers.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
