Ingredients

  • 🥖 Stuffing Mix: 1 box (about 6 oz or 170 g)
  • 🥣 Chicken Broth: 1 cup (240 ml)
  • 🍄 Cream of Mushroom Soup: 1 can (10.5 oz or 300 g)
  • 🧀 Shredded Cheese: 1 cup (about 100 g)
  • 🌿 Dried Herbs: 1 teaspoon
  • 🧂 Salt and Pepper: to taste
  • 🛢️ Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and dried herbs, and place them in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix with chicken broth and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Mix the cream of mushroom soup with a little water and pour it over the chicken. Spoon the stuffing over the chicken and top with shredded cheese.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
