Ingredients

- 🥖 Stuffing Mix: 1 box (about 6 oz or 170 g)
- 🥣 Chicken Broth: 1 cup (240 ml)
- 🍄 Cream of Mushroom Soup: 1 can (10.5 oz or 300 g)
- 🧀 Shredded Cheese: 1 cup (about 100 g)
- 🌿 Dried Herbs: 1 teaspoon
- 🧂 Salt and Pepper: to taste
- 🛢️ Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and dried herbs, and place them in a greased baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix with chicken broth and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Mix the cream of mushroom soup with a little water and pour it over the chicken. Spoon the stuffing over the chicken and top with shredded cheese.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
