Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken Wings: 1 kg (about 2.2 lbs)
- 🛢️ Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
- 🧄 Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
- 🌶️ Paprika: 1 teaspoon
- 🧂 Salt: 1 teaspoon
- 🌑 Black Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
- 🥄 Baking Powder: 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Prepare the wings by rinsing them under cold water and patting them dry with paper towels.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Mix well.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook the wings for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- Check for doneness using a meat thermometer; the internal temperature should reach at least 75°C (165°F).
- Remove the wings from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
