- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and rice vinegar in a bowl to make the marinade.
- Add beef strips to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add marinated beef strips and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the beef and stir to combine.
- Serve hot with rice or vegetables.
