Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken fillets, sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Thai chilies, sliced
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and chilies, stir for 10 seconds.
  3. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Stir in oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar.
  5. Add bell pepper and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Toss in basil leaves and cook until wilted.
  7. Serve hot with rice.
