Ingredients

- 2 boneless chicken fillets, sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Thai chilies, sliced
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and chilies, stir for 10 seconds.
- Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Stir in oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar.
- Add bell pepper and cook for 1 minute.
- Toss in basil leaves and cook until wilted.
- Serve hot with rice.
