- 500g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, crushed
Instructions
- Grill or pan-fry the beef slices until cooked to your liking. Let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
- In a small bowl, mix fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, garlic, and chili to make the dressing.
- In a large bowl, combine beef, red onion, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, mint, and cilantro.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Sprinkle crushed peanuts on top before serving.
