Ingredients

- 500g chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 lime, juiced
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic, ginger, and chili. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add marinated chicken. Cook until fully done, about 8-10 minutes.
- Stir in fresh basil and lime juice. Serve hot.
