Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1 red chili, sliced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic, ginger, and chili. Cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add marinated chicken. Cook until fully done, about 8-10 minutes.
  4. Stir in fresh basil and lime juice. Serve hot.
