Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until smooth. Mix in vanilla.
  3. Add flour and salt, mixing until dough forms.
  4. Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Place on baking sheet and press your thumb into the center of each.
  5. Fill each indentation with jam.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  7. Cool on a wire rack before serving.
