Ingredients

- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 8 large lettuce leaves
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add celery and red onion. Stir well.
- Place 2 tablespoons of tuna mixture onto each lettuce leaf.
- Roll lettuce leaves around the filling and serve immediately.
