- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers

Instructions
- Lay turkey slices flat on a clean surface.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly over each slice.
- Add spinach, bell peppers, and carrots on top.
- Roll each slice tightly and secure with toothpicks.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
