Instructions
- Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread hummus evenly over the tortilla.
- Layer turkey slices on top of the hummus.
- Add spinach, avocado, and red onion.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides.
- Slice in half and serve.
