Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
  4. Pour half the batter over the crust. Drizzle caramel sauce and sprinkle chocolate chips and pecans.
  5. Add the remaining batter and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 50-55 minutes until set. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
