A quick and easy vegetable lo mein dish packed with fresh vegetables and flavorful noodles.
Ingredients

- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup sliced cabbage
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add bell peppers, carrots, mushrooms, and cabbage. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles to the pan.
- Pour soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper over the noodles.
- Toss everything together and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute lo mein noodles with spaghetti or udon noodles.
- Add tofu or chicken for extra protein.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
