Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 100ml heavy cream
- 30g unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp whiskey
- 50g caramel sauce
- 50g cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions
- Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and place in a heatproof bowl.
- Heat the heavy cream and butter in a saucepan until just boiling.
- Pour the hot cream mixture over the chocolate and whisk until smooth.
- Stir in the whiskey and caramel sauce.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Scoop small portions and roll into balls.
- Coat each truffle in cocoa powder.
- Chill again for 30 minutes before serving.
