Ingredients

Instructions
- Prepare the cheesecake mixture by blending softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Form the truffles using a cookie scoop or your hands, rolling the mixture into small balls.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and dip each chilled truffle into the chocolate until fully coated.
