Ingredients

Instructions
- Prepare the cheesecake mixture by combining softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually mix in the graham cracker crumbs until the mixture is thick and easy to handle. Roll into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate using a fork, letting excess chocolate drip off.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top while the chocolate is still wet, then refrigerate for another 30 minutes to set the coating.
