Description

A creamy white chocolate cheesecake with a raspberry swirl, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 200g graham cracker crumbs
  • 100g melted butter
  • 500g cream cheese, softened
  • 150g white chocolate, melted
  • 200g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 200g raspberry puree

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add melted white chocolate, eggs, and vanilla, mix well.
  5. Pour half the batter over the crust, add raspberry puree, then the remaining batter.
  6. Bake for 50 minutes, then cool completely before serving.

Notes

  • Chill the cheesecake for at least 4 hours before serving.
  • Use fresh raspberries for the puree if possible.
