- 200g graham cracker crumbs
- 100g melted butter
- 500g cream cheese, softened
- 150g white chocolate, melted
- 200g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200g raspberry puree
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160°C.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add melted white chocolate, eggs, and vanilla, mix well.
- Pour half the batter over the crust, add raspberry puree, then the remaining batter.
- Bake for 50 minutes, then cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Chill the cheesecake for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Use fresh raspberries for the puree if possible.
