Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spiralize the zucchinis and set aside.
- In a food processor, blend basil, pine nuts, Parmesan, and garlic until finely chopped.
- Slowly add olive oil while processing until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss the zucchini noodles with the pesto until well coated.
- Serve immediately.
